Job description

Introduction

IBM's SuccessFactors business is growing rapidly, and we are looking for new members to help us drive this growth. As an SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting/Onboarding Senior Consultant, you will work with our clients and lead them in implementing their SF Recruiting and Onboarding modules. This will include activities such as assisting clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support of SF. You will be responsible for shaping the future HR processes of our top national and international clients. Additionally, you will be involved in improving operational metrics, developing business cases, and measuring performance. You will provide functional knowledge and manage client relationships within the context of your role. You will also act as a mentor and counselor to junior team members.

Your role and responsibilities

As a member of our larger IBM consulting team, you will work with industry experts to further hone your expertise in SuccessFactors, along with our Digital Change, HR Reinvention, and Cognitive HR practices.

Required technical and professional expertise
  • Experience in at least two successful end-to-end implementations as a lead consultant for SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0
  • Proven ability to lead client requirement-gathering workshops, provide insights into system capabilities, and guide clients on best practices related to data and process decisions
  • SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting or Onboarding Associate Certification
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 5 days a week based on client requirements
Preferred technical and professional experience

Fluency in French is a strong asset.
