Introduction

IBM's SuccessFactors business is growing rapidly, and we are looking for new members to help us drive this growth. As an SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting/Onboarding Senior Consultant, you will work with our clients and lead them in implementing their SF Recruiting and Onboarding modules. This will include activities such as: assisting clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support of SF. You will be responsible for shaping the future HR processes of our top national and international clients. You will also be involved in improving operational metrics, business case development, and performance measurement. You will provide functional knowledge and manage client relationships within the context of individual roles. You will act as a mentor and counsel junior team members.

As a member of our larger IBM consulting team, you will have the opportunity to work with industry experts and further develop your expertise in SuccessFactors, along with our Digital Change, HR Reinvention, and Cognitive HR practices.

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  1. Lead the implementation of SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
  2. Assist clients in selecting the right solutions and planning implementations.
  3. Conduct fit analysis, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support.
  4. Shape future HR processes for top clients.
  5. Improve operational metrics and develop business cases.
  6. Manage client relationships and provide functional expertise.
  7. Mentor and support junior team members.

Required technical and professional expertise

  • Experience in at least two successful end-to-end implementations as a lead consultant for SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0.
  • Proven ability to gather client requirements, offer insights into system capabilities, and guide best practices.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting or Onboarding Associate Certification.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 5 days a week based on client needs.

Preferred technical and professional experience

Fluency in French is a strong asset.
