Salary : £50,000 - £55,000 plus benefits

As a senior structural technician, you will work effectively & collaboratively with other teams but also not shy away from working under your own initiative. Striving to progress your career and enhance your knowledge and skills base will come naturally to you, and you will instil this within more junior members of the team.

Requirements :

• Able to demonstrate high level of capability in building structures sector
• Experience in broad range of market sectors including main structural materials, such as steel concrete, timber & masonry
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks
• Knowledge of Trimble Tekla and Autodesk Robot would be an advantage
• Knowledge of UK and industry-wide BIM
• Good knowledge of construction materials and techniques

Our client requires a senior structural technician to be responsible for producing 2D drawings and 3D models, whilst monitoring apprentice technicians. Excellent communication and leadership skills are vital.

Your focus will be to deliver projects, managing and resolving challenges, and ensuring standards are in accordance with project BEP.
