This role is available to candidates in either Vancouver or Toronto.
Strategy & Operations sits at the center of our business. Our team is broadly responsible for establishing our corporate strategy in partnership with the C Suite, Product, Corporate Development, and Finance as well as scaling Clio's operating rhythm as the company grows. As a Senior Strategy & Operations Associate, you'll be aligned to a set of business segments where you'll support the General Manager/ Product Manager in determining immediate and long term business strategy, facilitating annual planning, setting OKRs, building business / investment cases, and supporting our business review rituals to measure business performance, seize opportunities, and course correct as needed. You will bring an objective eye, outside thinking, and a holistic company perspective to the domain experts / leaders at Clio.
You have excellent business acumen across all functional areas, enjoy a love for problem solving in collaboration with others, and possess an innate curiosity and excitement in navigating ambiguity. You have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and are comfortable forming and sharing opinions, but with an open mind to shift thinking as new information comes to light. *We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate. Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.
