Summary :

We are seeking a Senior Strategy & Operations Associate to join our Strategy & Operations team.

This role is available to candidates in either Vancouver or Toronto.

What your team does :

Strategy & Operations sits at the center of our business. Our team is broadly responsible for establishing our corporate strategy in partnership with the C Suite Product Corporate Development and Finance as well as scaling Clios operating rhythm as the company grows. As a Senior Strategy & Operations Associate youll be aligned to a set of business segments where youll support the General Manager / Product Manager in determining immediate and long term business strategy facilitating annual planning setting OKRs building business / investment cases and supporting our business review rituals to measure business performance seize opportunities and course correct as needed. You will bring an objective eye outside thinking and a holistic company perspective to the domain experts / leaders at Clio.

What youll work on :

Synthesize business insights to help quantify frame and evaluate tradeoffs to deviations from operational targets and prepare executive level presentation in support of key business reviews

Identify hotspots in the business that require intervention and proactively investigate strategize and implement solutions with the respective business leaders

Lead research on growth opportunities through market sizing assessing the competitive landscape collaborating on product strategy & differentiation establishing go-to-market business fundamentals and modeling the financials

Support product strategy by building long range strategic plans and supporting product operations & analytics to assess and manage performance as well as R&D ROI

Facilitate the synthesis of cross functional research & analysis summarize strategic insights to develop business cases and implementation plans

Provide general analytical support for operational and strategic decisions across the Company

Operate as an embedded strategic management consultant and resource

What you may have :

4-6 years work experience in a relevant field (e.g. strategy & operations product strategy management consulting investment banking business development)

Experience with market sizing competitive landscaping and financial modeling

Strong focus on strategic thinking and analytical problem solving

Strong interpersonal skills; excellent written and verbal communicator

Self-motivated independent and deadline-oriented

Understanding for how to measure and evaluate performance across all business functions

Strong ability to query analyze and synthesize insights using a variety of dataset

Serious bonus points if you have :

BizOps experience in a high-growth tech company

The full salary range

• for this role is $106300 to $125000 to $143700 note salary bands may differ based on location and local currency. Additionally benefit offerings may differ depending on the employees location.
• We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate. Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.
