We are currently seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and motivated Senior Strategy Manager to be an integral part of growing the Sales Performance and Culture within our Technician Field teams. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a transformational team that drives tangible business outcomes while delivering exceptional customer experiences. With your passion for meaningful change and expertise in taking products to market, you will set up our technician teams for success by ensuring they are well-informed about the latest product and pricing updates. Additionally, you will collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure technician needs are considered in our larger Go-To-Market strategies.
You’ll be empowered to transform how we engage with our support teams—changing communication, go-to-market strategies, and driving channel adoption. Through collaboration with marketing, system & channel support teams, and peer enablement teams, you’ll develop and project manage improvement plans for our technician teams.
