Senior Strategist, Digital Activations -

Overall Responsibilities :

You are a marketing scientist, performance manager, and digital activation specialist. You are analytical and enjoy uncovering insights that inform data-based media planning.

This role involves digital planning, execution, analytics, measurement, and tracking of digital media campaigns. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in digital performance media.

What your day will look like :

  1. Identify and develop tactical opportunities through insights from analytics.
  2. Coordinate platform activation specialists (search, social, programmatic) to implement campaigns.
  3. Design a tagging infrastructure aligned with measurement plans.
  4. Work with ad-ops technicians to implement tags.
  5. Coordinate trafficking of digital ad materials.

Analytics :

  1. Analyze data, interpret results, and make actionable recommendations.
  2. Provide insight reports to inform future strategic planning.

Performance Management :

  1. Oversee KPI improvements.
  2. Make data-driven investment decisions.
  3. Recommend optimizations to planners and activation specialists.
  4. Engage with team members and clients through calls and presentations.
  5. Collaborate with internal departments and vendors.

Key Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of experience in digital media, including site direct, programmatic display, OLV, social, and search.
  • Hands-on experience with paid search and social platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap.
  • Campaign setup, ad creation, QA, pacing, budget management, and optimization skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Campaign Manager, and other digital solutions.
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail.
  • Leadership, initiative, positivity, and teamwork skills.
