As a Senior Strategic Sourcing Partner, you’ll proactively source, identify, and assess external talent, hiring strong talent and leaders to enhance our client and employee experiences. You will support enterprise-wide functions such as Early Talent, Technology, Infrastructure & Innovation, Commercial Banking, Wealth Management, Risk Management, Finance, and People, Culture, and Brand by developing strategic talent attraction strategies, sourcing plans, and recruiting high-quality passive candidates.
