As the Senior Strategic Advisor, you will provide high-impact technical and analytical support to clients, both prospects and existing relationships. Your responsibilities include identifying opportunities to improve client performance, analyzing data for cost-saving opportunities, participating in deal strategy, and preparing customer presentations.

A Day in the Life

  • Manage a portfolio of complex, high-visibility clients
  • Lead new business opportunities or key initiatives within a region
  • Lead department-wide initiatives benefiting all advisors
  • Coach associates and advisors
  • Prepare and deliver customer presentations and participate in training
  • Conduct research, participate in meetings, and prepare proposals, analyzing third-party data as needed
  • Support customer implementation and track cost savings through dashboards and reviews
  • Present at conferences as a thought leader/subject matter expert

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus
  • Minimum 5 years of financial analysis/modeling experience; 6+ years of relevant experience including sales, risk, finance, audit, or database management
  • At least 2 years of sales or transactional experience in financial services
  • Knowledge of industry-related risk, tax, and operational fields
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent relationship-building abilities across various client levels
  • Entrepreneurial approach and innovative mindset
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives
  • Professional integrity and high standards
  • Willingness to travel 10-20% including cross-border travel

The salary range for this position is $99,200 to $136,400 annually, depending on experience and location. Actual compensation will depend on individual qualifications and market factors.
