This dynamic position involves :

Building and nurturing strong client relationships through regular site visits, clear communication, and a solutions-focused approach

Partnering with businesses to understand their staffing needs and develop customized hiring strategies

Acting as a trusted advisor to your clients, supporting their long-term workforce goals and offering ongoing service and support

Attracting, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill current and upcoming roles

Staying connected with assignment employees and supporting their success on the job

Supporting internal operations with administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and document management

What we are looking for :

Proven experience in the staffing industry (preferably agency-based)

A natural relationship-builder with a client-first mindset

Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills

A valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle

A high-energy, solutions-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment
