Job summary

You will mentor engineers, lead ADRs and HLDs, participate in governance boards, and partner with stakeholders to deliver value while upholding security standards in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in Software Engineering and Systems Architecture or Technology Solution design.
• At least 2 years of experience creating solutions architectures in a public cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

• Design architectural solutions aligned with Capital One Canada's goals and framework.
• Develop and maintain a catalog of capabilities aligned with strategic objectives.
• Lead ADRs and High‑Level Design documents.
