You Are:
The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in analog or memory circuit design, with a strong foundation in transistor-level CMOS circuit design. Proficiency in circuit simulation tools like XA/PrimeSim, HSIM, and HSPICE is required. Experience designing sense amplifiers, voltage regulators, charge pumps, and bandgap references, along with silicon debugging skills, is essential. Basic knowledge of Verilog simulation flow is a plus. You should be a team player capable of guiding others, with excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, independent, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a multinational, cross-functional environment.
