You Are :

The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in analog or memory circuit design, with a strong foundation in transistor-level CMOS circuit design. Proficiency in circuit simulation tools like XA / PrimeSim, HSIM, and HSPICE is required. Experience designing sense amplifiers, voltage regulators, charge pumps, and bandgap references, along with silicon debugging skills, is essential. Basic knowledge of Verilog simulation flow is a plus. You should be a team player capable of guiding others, with excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, independent, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a multinational, cross-functional environment.

What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Leading and contributing to all phases of advanced memory development, from design specifications to product release.
  • Designing CMOS-based non-volatile memory circuits.
  • Designing and modifying charge pumps, voltage regulators, and sense amplifiers.
  • Collaborating with on-site and off-site design, layout, and CAD teams.
  • Performing or reviewing full chip-level simulation and verification reports (digital and analog).
  • Supporting silicon verification, testing, and debugging to analyze IP on silicon.

What You’ll Need :

  • 10+ years of experience as an analog or memory circuit designer.
  • Strong fundamentals in transistor-level CMOS circuit design and layout.
  • Leadership experience in guiding and mentoring teams.
  • Proficiency with circuit simulation tools (XA / PrimeSim, HSIM, HSPICE, etc.).
  • Experience with industry-standard design and layout tools (Custom Compiler and ICV is a plus).
  • Hands-on experience with sense-amplifier, voltage regulator, charge pump, and bandgap reference design.
  • Experience with statistical design methodologies (Monte-Carlo analysis).
  • Experience with chip-level simulation and silicon debugging.
  • Basic understanding of Verilog simulation flow is a plus.
