We are looking for a Senior Staff Developer to lead our platform’s technical direction at Jane Software. This crucial role will shape our technical strategy, leveraging advanced cloud technologies and scalable architectures to support our growth.

In addition to cloud expertise, you will provide technical leadership in application development and architectural practices, working closely with our foundations teams. As a technical leader, you will mentor and guide our senior and staff developers, fostering their professional development and enhancing our engineering practices.

Your leadership will ensure Jane Software scales effectively, meeting and exceeding the expectations of our customers and stakeholders. Compensation

The role offers a minimum annual salary of $175,600 and a maximum of $285,400. Typical hires are expected to start between $208,600 and $219,500, with flexibility based on experience and impact potential. Salary growth is tied to your development and contributions.

  3. Strong foundation in quality assurance, automated testing, security protocols.
  4. Proven mentorship and leadership in technical environments, with the ability to articulate vision and influence teams.
  5. Broad proficiency with tools like Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, GitHub Actions, and frameworks such as Ruby on Rails or React.
  6. Exceptional problem-solving, strategic thinking, and communication skills, especially with large, cross-functional teams.
