INVIRO, a leading Canadian mechanical/electrical engineering firm, is seeking a Revit Specialist (MEP) for a full-time, on-site role in Scarborough, Ontario. You’ll join a close-knit team tackling diverse BIM projects and have opportunities for growth.

Duties include creating Revit drawings, developing 3D BIM MEP models, building/revising Revit families, coordinating with other disciplines, preparing reference models, and printing sets.

Qualifications

Detail oriented and well organized.
Ability to work independently and in multi-disciplinary teams.
Time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Create Revit drawings from markups or team instructions.
Develop 3D BIM (MEP) models as part of a collaborative team.
Create or modify Revit families and content as required.
Coordinate drawing production with other disciplines per project needs.
Prepare Reference Models and print sets in a timely manner.
Review drawings for quality control and accuracy.

Duties and Responsibilities: Create Revit drawings from mark-ups or based on instructions from team members.

Working as part of a collaborative team developing three dimensional BIM (Building Information Modeling) MEP models.

Assisting in creating new Revit families and content where required as well as modifying existing content.

Coordinate drawing production in line with project requirements and in conjunction with other disciplines.

Prepare Reference Models.

Organize and print drawing sets as requested in a timely manner.

Review drawings for quality control.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements: Diploma or Technical Training in Revit, AutoCAD, and/or Building design.

Strong working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.

Working knowledge of Navisworks and BIM360 is a strong asset.

Experience with reading and coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, Structural and Architectural drawings.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).

Ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams.

Strong time management and organizational skills.

Detail oriented.

Position Details: Type: Full-time, On Site Location: Scarborough, Ontario Purpose: Existing Vacancy Eligibility: Applicants must be eligible to work in Canada.

Compensation Range: $60,000 - $80,000 /per annum This compensation represents INVIRO’s current anticipated range for this position.
