Overview
We are seeking a seasoned communications professional to join our Organizational Change Management (OCM) team supporting the ERP organizational change management team and the business process owners. In this pivotal role you develop key presentations and communications leveraging experts for both internal and external stakeholders. You will take direction from multiple experts within the project in order to create effective communication deliverables. Your work will be designed around the execution of comprehensive communication plans and change management needs.The Senior Specialist is expected to engage in such a way that they address they are able to help the OCM team optimize stakeholder engagement, deliver transparency in the Communication approach, and support the end users for a successful adoption of new systems and processes, ultimately minimizing disruption and maximizing project outcomes.
This is a contract position for a period of 12 months. Preferred location for this role is Toronto or Montreal. Ottawa will also be considered.
