Role

The Security Solutions team is responsible for product management and innovative product development of products and services to address the evolving risk & cyber security needs of all of Mastercard’s customer segments. The team was established to safeguard all aspects of safety and security in payments, making significant progress with new products, services, and standards that positively impact the payment ecosystem.

As a Product Manager, you will help drive product strategy, manage product evolution, deliver on go-to-market strategies, make data-driven decisions, and identify product optimization opportunities with the Identity Solutions organization. If you are curious, analytical, passionate about customer experience, motivated, and eager to create cybersecurity products with real-world impact – we want to hear from you!

In This Role You Will

  • Analyze market trends, dynamics, and competition to inform product and go-to-market strategies.
  • Lead market analysis and leverage insights to enhance product positioning.
  • Utilize the Mastercard Studio framework for ongoing innovation and product enhancements.
  • Work with Marketing to develop global positioning strategies for cybersecurity solutions.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Business Development to clarify value propositions.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to ensure product functionality and scalability.
  • Identify barriers to delivery and address obstacles to meet timelines and budgets.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members and partners to foster growth.
