The Services team and solutions fuel growth for partners globally by providing cutting edge services in the areas of Customer Acquisition and Engagement, Security Solutions, Business and Market Insights, and Open Banking. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast, our agile sales team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base including retailers, airlines, hotels, tourism agencies, public sector entities, restaurants, consumer goods and telecom companies.

Additional Role Details

The Identity Solutions team leads the development and delivery of innovative products that help partners identify their customers and enable simple and secure digital experiences for consumers in payments and beyond. A critical area within this team is Payment Verification, which develops global e-commerce identity risk insights and data sharing services to verify consumer identities, reduce payment fraud, and increase conversion rates across the payments ecosystem, enhancing customer experiences.

About the Role:

1. Support development and enhancement of new and existing identity risk AI models that power risk assessment services for digital commerce, including network tokens and wallets, in collaboration with cross-functional teams such as data science, engineering, regional partners, and commercialization.
2. Translate market needs into AI model requirements and roadmaps with product managers to ensure solutions meet customer needs and support business growth.
3. Partner with Data Science team to evaluate and prioritize new model features, technologies, and data sources based on customer insights and market opportunities.
4. Collaborate with privacy/legal teams to support AI Governance review processes.
5. Track and advance the development of modeling-related engineering work with engineering and data science teams.
6. Investigate and analyze model performance to identify areas for improvement.
7. Monitor success metrics and KPIs to ensure the effectiveness of AI models.
8. Create KPIs, documentation, AI governance policies, training materials, and collateral for new models.
9. Support go-to-market plans for model updates with commercialization and regional teams.

About You:

• Experience in product conceptualization, design, commercialization, and/or data science; product management or related roles preferred.
• Knowledge of machine learning models, e-commerce, payments fraud, identity, or security tech preferred.
• Technical skills with APIs, databases, and data-centric applications.
• Proven ability to achieve business objectives and build relationships within large organizations.
• Experience working with Data Science teams and understanding AI and models.
• Project management, organization, and leadership skills.
• Ability to write SQL and/or Python is a plus.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and resilient in challenges.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
