What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional support to community members experiencing issues with reservations, particularly in the Luxury segment
- Take ownership of complex cases, ensuring complete resolution while adhering to workflows and management guidelines
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Client policies and procedures, simplifying complex information for users
- Manage sensitive cases, collaborating cross-functionally with various departments as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of relevant experience in multicultural customer service teams, preferably in the hospitality industry
