The Senior Specialist, Organization & Workforce Development will play a critical role in shaping the organizational foundation for PowerCo’s operations in St Thomas. This role will collaborate with the HR team in St. Thomas and colleagues at PowerCo SE Headquarters in Germany. The Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and coordinating strategies to strengthen organizational efficiency, workforce readiness, and long-term scalability. This includes developing and aligning organizational structures, workforce planning, and change management initiatives to support PowerCo’s rapid growth and evolving business needs.
This is a flex hybrid work structure, where employees can work both remotely and on-site at our St. Thomas location.
