HelloFresh is seeking a growth-minded and highly organized Offline Marketing Senior Specialist to join the Canadian Growth Marketing team. The Offline Marketing Senior Specialist will play a key role in driving customer acquisition for HelloFresh Canada brands. With strong expertise in project management, the Offline Marketing Senior Specialist will lead campaign execution across our Direct Mail Channel, assist with automation tasks and special projects. This position drives customer growth through current channel optimization and new channel innovation, leveraging data and reporting to provide insights. The role also involves proactively searching for process improvements and implementing solutions to enhance channel efficiency.

Reporting to the Director, Growth, you will join a talented and driven Toronto-based growth marketing team. Responsibilities

  • Manage error-free execution of direct mail campaigns for HelloFresh Canada, Chefs Plate, and Factor Canada, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail by planning schedules, managing deadlines, and addressing potential roadblocks.
  • Execute monthly direct mail audience targeting using large Canada Post and internal data sets via Excel.
  • Own relationships with external vendors and partners, including print and mail delivery providers, to execute campaigns.
  • Manage the creative pipeline with the Brand Team, including approval of designs, copy, and landing pages.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, data reporting, and insights analysis, maintaining awareness of testing pipelines and performance metrics.
  • Handle critical operations such as voucher creation, campaign setup, invoicing, and cost reporting.
  • Oversee month-end finance processes, including invoice approval and variance analysis.
  • Project manage ad hoc marketing campaigns across channels: developing strategies, planning, execution, budgeting, and analysis.
  • Identify opportunities to drive growth in specific audience segments and regions.
  • Develop strategies for testing discounts, creative formats, audiences, and other levers to enhance channel success.
  • Identify growth opportunities and challenges, providing recommendations for KPI improvements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in growth or performance marketing or related fields.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strong quantitative and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience in project management and operations.
  • Experience executing digital or print marketing campaigns.
  • Interest in process improvement and scaling activities.
  • Self-starter with initiative.
  • Problem-solving mindset and barrier-breaking attitude.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders with limited supervision.
  • Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and able to pivot when needed.
  • Bilingual in French is a plus.
