Role and Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage large and complex accounts with high revenue, numerous retail locations, and SKUs
• Develop and maintain account-level forecasts, including CPFR analysis and PSI analysis
• Consolidate forecasts and advocate for forecast suggestions using analytics and KPIs
• Collaborate with portfolio leaders to implement system changes (GSCM)
• Participate in weekly CPFR meetings and monitor order and inventory data
• Coordinate shipments with logistics, monitor sales trends, and analyze KPIs
• Identify and address gaps in plans, develop recovery strategies, and report on supply chain metrics
• Support process improvements and standardization of SCM procedures

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Supply Chain certifications (CSCMP, APICS) preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in supply chain management, inventory management, and machine learning/big data within CPG/Electronics industries (minimum 5 years preferred)
