Role and Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage large and complex accounts with high revenue, numerous retail locations, and SKUs
- Develop and maintain account-level forecasts, including CPFR analysis and PSI analysis
- Consolidate forecasts and advocate for forecast suggestions using analytics and KPIs
- Collaborate with portfolio leaders to implement system changes (GSCM)
- Participate in weekly CPFR meetings and monitor order and inventory data
- Coordinate shipments with logistics, monitor sales trends, and analyze KPIs
- Identify and address gaps in plans, develop recovery strategies, and report on supply chain metrics
- Support process improvements and standardization of SCM procedures
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; Supply Chain certifications (CSCMP, APICS) preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in supply chain management, inventory management, and machine learning/big data within CPG/Electronics industries (minimum 5 years preferred)
