The Position: Contract

We are currently seeking a Senior Specialist Digital Analytics. The Senior Specialist Digital Analytics evaluates the performance of digital channels such as websites, social media, advertising campaigns etc. They will measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of digital initiatives and identify areas for optimization.

What you’re responsible for:

Tagging & Tech Integrations: develop, test and implement 3P, EPP and ShopApp tags in compliance with client policies.

Tagging Engineering: Coordinate with internal teams and implement tagging for Google Marketing Platform, Analytics (Google & Adobe), 3P Media Tags, Personalization Tags, etc. on clients S.com site, EPP Sites and Shop App.

  1. Ensure accurate and efficient deployment of tags on web pages, ensuring data integrity and consistency through actively testing and removing outdated tags and renewing tags on S.com, EPP Sites and Shop App.
  2. Tagging Support and Best Practices: Assist internal teams to develop robust and efficient tag management processes that create a foundation for effective digital marketing measurement and analytics.

Reporting and Dashboarding: Develop ongoing analytic reports and dashboards for internal teams across S.com, EPP and Shop App.

  1. Create and update reporting segments in Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics, to be used by internal and external stakeholders.
  2. Provide periodic reporting support for LOB including corporate marketing, DtC and EPP.
  3. Maintain documentation of reporting processes, methodologies, and data sources.
  4. Ensure that reporting documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant team members.

What skills you have:

  1. A Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in Analytical positions, influencing business decisions to shape the success of campaigns.
  3. English and Korean language would be an asset.
