Monday to Friday, 35 hours work week
To provide strategic and operational guidance to the Manager of Strategic Transformation and the Chief Information Security Office (CISO) in establishing and maintaining a City-wide cyber program that ensures robust protection across the organization.
To support the development and execution of strategic plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial oversight, by preparing and analyzing operating and capital budgets, monitoring accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial controls.
To identify significant variances in programs and recommend strategic initiatives and corrective actions to senior management while providing operational input and advice on financial, administrative, business support, and purchasing matters.
To collaborate with teams across the organization to align on key cyber initiatives, develop execution roadmaps, and manage City-wide cyber programs within approved budget constraints.
A normal work week is 35 hours; however, unforeseen situations may require extended hours of work with little or no prior notice. In case of a cyber incident or breach, rotation shift, continuous extended hours may be required with little or no prior notice.
*Subject to a police check, background check, psychological assessment and/or any other checks on a regular basis as the Office of the CISO handles highly sensitive and confidential information.
