The Position:

We are currently seeking a Senior Specialist I, MX Budget. This role will work with Product Management, Finance and Sales to complete program execution and analysis pre and post activity.

What you’re responsible for:

1. Navigate through internal process and requirements to submit marketing and sales programs
2. Manage promotion plan execution including communication to Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Training and Retail teams
3. Support daily management of Marketing budgets based on engagement with internal teams and Finance
4. Support daily approval status on program submissions to PICs
5. Support Carrier and Retail Sales teams with Live Display management process.
6. Monitor forecast accuracy - promotion plans vs execution
7. Validate promotion execution for customer claims
8. Support Finance and Product Management budget analysis at the account level details
9. Marketing assets, Sample management (nPass and Nalox)
10. Prepare ad hoc analysis as required

To join our team:

1. University degree or College equivalent in Business Administration preferred
2. 2-5 years’ experience in accounting and data management
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills
4. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in entering financial data
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality
6. Deadline-driven with excellent time management ability
