Senior Sous Chef - Toronto, ON - Up to $65k


Our client is a leader in delivering fun, upscale dining and entertainment experiences across the Toronto area. Working with them offers the chance to join a dynamic team, lead with vision, and contribute to a talented culinary team. They are currently looking for a Senior Sous Chef to join their established team in a high-end, fine dining, Lebanese restaurant. If you have experience with this type of cuisine or fine dining kitchens please reach out!


Some of your responsibilities...
  1. Oversee inventory, ordering, and waste reduction to keep food costs in check
  2. Enforce food quality and safety standards (HACCP, sanitation, FIFO) at every station
  3. Train, supervise, and support kitchen staff to maintain smooth prep and service
  4. Drive operational improvements and streamline processes for seamless guest experiences

What they are looking for:
  1. Proven years in a supervisory kitchen role at a recognized, high-volume restaurant
  2. Formal culinary training with thorough knowledge of prep techniques and cooking methods
  3. Expert in F&B operations, including sanitation standards (HACCP), and health code compliance
  4. Proven leadership ability to manage, motivate, and perform under pressure
  5. Strong skill in recipe scaling, inventory requisitions, portion control, and cost tracking
