Senior Solutions Engineer, Corporate — inspire customers by helping them understand what’s possible with the Webflow platform. Tell our differentiated story to help customers meet business objectives.
- Location: Remote-first (United States; BC & ON, Canada). This role requires an in-person onboarding session in San Francisco, CA
- Employment: Full-time, Permanent, Exempt
- Compensation: Our cash compensation varies by geographic location. See zone-specific ranges below.
- United States (USD)
- Zone A: 166,500 - 207,000
- Zone B: 158,500 - 196,500
- Zone C: 150,000 - 186,000
- Canada (CAD)
- Ontario & British Columbia: 189,500 - 236,000
For sales roles, the ranges shown are On Target Earnings (OTE) ranges, including base salary and commissions. The pay zone for your location will be confirmed with your recruiter.
Reporting to: Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering.

Responsibilities
- Partner with 3-4 Account Executives and support multiple active customer opportunities across the Corporate segment, proactively communicating with stakeholders to ensure on-time solution delivery
- Guide customers through evaluation of Webflow to ensure alignment with key business objectives and technical requirements
- Conduct deep discovery, solution design, technical validation, and business case development
- Present compelling stories through demonstrations that highlight Webflow’s value
- Lead hands-on workshops and trials where appropriate
- Influence product direction by representing the voice of the customer
- Support cross-functional initiatives that advance Webflow’s mission
- Travel up to 25% for onboarding, industry events, and internal offsites

About you
You’ll thrive as a Senior Solutions Engineer, Corporate if you:
- Have 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, ideally in the web development space
- Have strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills
- Take a consultative approach and are passionate about solving customer problems
- Demonstrate strong storytelling in discovery and/or product demo sessions
- Creatively solve problems with AI where appropriate
- Work autonomously and collaboratively with teammates
- Communicate clearly with radical candor
- Demonstrate coaching, discovery, and presentation skills
- Lead with enthusiasm to earn customer trust and deepen relationships
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with adaptable priorities
- Stay curious and grow — actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI
