Job Title: Senior Solutions Designer

Our client is looking for a Senior Solutions Designer for a 3-month contract based in Toronto. This role focuses on designing efficient, accessible, and user-centric applications using CRM and CMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design solutions using Oracle Siebel CRM and Adobe AEM technologies
• Develop business design documents and functional/non-functional requirements
• Create functional design specifications and high-level application flows
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and design user personas/journey maps
• Create detailed process flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI mockups using tools like Figma or Adobe XD
• Ensure solutions meet accessibility standards (WCAG/AODA) and quality assurance best practices
• Support the development of test strategies, UAT plans, and risk assessments

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with Oracle Siebel CRM and Adobe AEM implementation
• Strong experience in writing business and functional design documentation
• Hands-on expertise in UI/UX design, prototyping, and process mapping
• Familiarity with change management methodologies and business architecture artifacts
• Experience developing application CRUD matrices and screen flows
• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
• Experience with grant or transfer payment models is a plus
• Understanding of corporate QA standards and practices is an asset
