Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Solutions Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of a next-generation data centre and core network solution. This role will focus on transitioning from a Cisco-based infrastructure to an Arista-based environment, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Arista-based data centre and core network solutions.
• Lead the transition from existing Cisco core infrastructure to Arista.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and develop documentation to support operational readiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide expert-level support during and after implementation.

Required Qualifications

• 8–10 years of hands-on experience in designing, building, and administering complex Cisco and Arista data centre/core network solutions.
• Proven experience leading large-scale network transitions or upgrades.
• Strong understanding of routing and switching protocols and architectures.
• Cisco and Arista certifications (e.g., CCNP/CCIE, Arista ACE) are required.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hybrid cloud or multi-cloud networking environments.
• Familiarity with network automation and scripting tools.
• Previous experience in a consulting or client-facing role.
