Job summary

Coveo Solutions Inc. is seeking a Solution Architect for our Professional Services team in Canada. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor, translating complex business needs into scalable Coveo AI relevance solutions and guiding customers from discovery to go-live.

Work across business, technical, and executive stakeholders to design and deliver intelligent search, recommendations and generative AI experiences while advancing governance, delivery, and best practices within Agile projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis, solution architecture, or similar client-facing technical roles.
• Proven experience delivering software or cloud implementation projects in a professional services or consulting context.
• Strong organizational skills and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business teams as well as executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer business challenges and translating them into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead solution design, architecture, and implementation of Coveo's AI relevance platform across customer digital ecosystems.
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders, from technical teams to executive leaders, to align business goals and technology standards.
• Guide customers through governance, planning, and delivery best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
