Job summary

gpac invites lawyers to join a confidential Vancouver opportunity to expand an established solicitor practice within a litigation framework. The incoming team will leverage an existing client base and internal referrals to grow cross-referrals and long-term client service.

The role focuses on corporate/commercial, real estate, wills & estates, or general solicitor work, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and scalable growth within a respected firm.

Qualifications

• 2+ solicitor lawyers (or a senior solicitor open to group expansion).
• 1-2 support staff preferred.
• Approximate portable book of business: $400,000+.
• Practice areas may include corporate/commercial, real estate, wills & estates, or general solicitor work.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to build a complementary solicitor offering within an established litigation platform.
• Leverage an existing litigation client base and internal referrals to drive growth.
• Develop a cross-referral model with litigation colleagues to maximize client service.
