Job summary

EDF power solutions North America is seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple solar EPC projects. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality while coordinating engineers, contractors, and stakeholders across North America.

The role requires a BA/BS in construction or engineering plus 5–7+ years of relevant experience, with a focus on community solar and utility-scale PV. Travel to sites is expected as part of project delivery.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–7+ years progressive construction or development experience.
• Experience with community solar and utility-scale PV (>3–5 MW).
• Experience with interconnects into the grid (12 kV+).
• Strong knowledge of contracts and project finance basics.
• Proficient in coordinating subcontractors and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of multiple solar EPC projects on time and within budget.
• Coordinate internal resources and external partners across stages.
• Maintain baseline schedules using MS Project or Primavera.
• Ensure health, safety, and quality compliance on site.
• Report project progress to stakeholders and manage P&L.
