What You’ll Do:

We are seeking a highly skilled and expert Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the digital games industry and a proven understanding of games publishing processes. As a Senior QA Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and performance of our games before they reach our players.

• Lead and/or support the Publishing QA process on one or more digital game projects.
• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Conduct thorough testing of game features, functionality, and performance across various platforms.
• Investigate, analyze, and report bug trends and quality metrics.
• Collaborate closely with development partners to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Facilitate work between internal and external test resources.
• Provide leadership with status updates and other reports as needed.
• Work closely with partners such as Production and Release Management to ensure that all Publishing-related tasks (e.g., compliance, compatibility, ratings, screen capture) are scheduled appropriately and delivered efficiently.
• Champion the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
• Stay informed about industry trends and standard processes in game testing and quality assurance.

What You Will Bring:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance within the digital games industry.
• Proven track record of leading QA efforts for successful game releases.
• Good grasp of game development processes and methodologies.
• Familiarity with console compliance processes (e.g., PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo).
• Proficiency in bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
