Role: Senior Software Engineer

Location: Remote

Duration: 3 Months Probation, then Full-Time Potential

Overview

Seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer in full-stack development with TypeScript expertise. Lead impactful projects, mentor juniors, and shape our tech stack.

Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and implement solutions with NextJS, TypeScript, MUI, Node.js, and NestJS.
2. Architect scalable, reliable systems.
3. Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices.
4. Troubleshoot issues, improve performance.
5. Collaborate with teams to align technical and business goals.
6. Mentor junior engineers.
7. Stay updated on industry trends.
8. Document tasks and technical findings.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent).
2. 10+ years in full-stack development, focus on TypeScript.
3. Expertise in NextJS, MUI, SCSS, Node.js, NestJS.
4. Experience with relational and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis.
5. Deep understanding of RESTful APIs.
6. Familiarity with cloud, Docker, CI/CD.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, proactive approach.
8. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
9. Mentoring or leadership experience is a plus.
