Senior Software Engineer (Developer), PeopleSoft HR

This position involves designing, developing, and maintaining PeopleSoft HR modules, integrating systems, and leveraging AI to enhance features and operational efficiency. The role requires a strong technical foundation in programming, systems administration, cloud platforms, and modern development frameworks.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop enhancements for PeopleSoft HR modules.
• Maintain PeopleSoft components and the talent acquisition suite Taleo.
• Implement solutions using Python or .NET on Azure.
• Perform configurations, integrations, upgrades, and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with teams to meet project requirements and document solutions.
• Stay updated with PeopleSoft releases and industry trends.

Qualifications :

• Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.
• At least 7 years of experience with C#, Azure Dev Ops, .NET Framework / .NET Core.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Cloud, relational databases, APIs, and cloud technologies.
• Knowledge of Microservices, API development, and CI / CD tools.

Additional Assets :

• Experience with TDD, automated testing, Azure Developer Certifications.
• Experience in financial services industry; bilingual in English and French.
• Location : Ottawa or one of the Community Hubs (Toronto, Mississauga, Montreal, Brossard, Laval, Calgary, Halifax, Vancouver).
• Hybrid work environment, with relocation assistance available.
