Job summary

Cozey is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and build in-house systems powering the post-purchase journey of our furniture platform. You will own projects from idea to deployment, crafting scalable solutions that speed order processing and improve customer experiences.

You’ll work with TypeScript-like languages, REST APIs, and AWS, collaborating with operations and product teams to replace third-party tools and push the COS forward.

Qualifications

Experience with strongly typed, OO or TypeScript-like languages.
Experience designing, building, and evolving REST APIs.
Strong testing culture—unit and end-to-end tests.
Commitment to clean code, reviews, and documentation.
Passionate about scalable, maintainable solutions.
Experience with AWS services (Serverless, SQS, SNS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build new features for COS (Cozey Operating System).
Create in-house tools and platforms to replace third-party solutions.
Develop AI agents to automate warehouse management workflows.
Collaborate with operations and product teams to identify pain points and rapidly launch solutions.
Own projects end-to-end—from design and architecture to implementation and deployment.
