Our mission is to become the creativity launchpad for the internet. We are building a space for games and interactive experiences on Reddit, providing creators with a cross-platform SDK, a compute environment, and AI-friendly tools for rapid development. We seek a leader in AI tooling to help Reddit stay at the forefront of this innovative space.

What You’ll Do:

1. Spearhead integration of advanced AI capabilities into our Developer Platform.
2. Develop and maintain integrations with AI IDE tools such as Cursor, Bolt.new, and Firebase Studio.
3. Collaborate with leading foundation models like OpenAI and Gemini.
4. Fine-tune and adapt AI models, integrating them with Reddit systems to address unique creator needs.
5. Create our agentic development toolchain, utilizing protocols like MCP for AI agents to interact with Reddit tools and services.
6. Engage with the developer and creator community to gather feedback and promote adoption of AI tools, focusing on rapid prototyping and 'vibe-coding'.

Who You Might Be:

This role is 100% remote-friendly. Qualified candidates must reside in Canada or the US. Optional office spaces are available in NYC, SF, LA, Chicago, and Toronto.
