ZoomInfo Technologies LLC is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and operate software solving complex problems with data, AI, and experimentation. Lead technical projects, balance exploration with reliable delivery, and guide teammates across functions.

You’ll translate business needs into scalable software, collaborate with data scientists, and shape engineering standards while delivering measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including ownership of production systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL with experience building maintainable software.
• Experience with cloud-based applications, data pipelines, and data integrations.
• Familiarity with APIs, data processing, automated testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Ability to explain technical decisions and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own software delivery from problem definition through production and maintenance.
• Design maintainable systems, APIs, services, and data processing components.
• Apply AI and ML to practical problems within software products.
• Develop prototypes and evaluate new tools and techniques with evidence.
• Build reliable data integrations and pipelines with data quality checks.
• Define metrics and measure success of software reliability and performance.
• Make sound tradeoffs and communicate recommendations clearly.
• Maintain a high engineering quality bar with tested, documented code.
• Operate and improve production systems, diagnose failures, enhance monitoring.
• Contribute to tooling and mentor colleagues through reviews and design discussions.
