The Role

We’re searching for a Software Engineer with a strong background to guide our engineering team and own the technical direction of our platform. You will collaborate with product, design, and executive stakeholders to architect and build high-performance, scalable solutions—maintaining our existing platform while spearheading the development of a next-gen AI-powered product .

Key Responsibilities :

Platform Evolution

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient software solutions.
• Maintain and optimize the current platform while developing a next-gen AI / ML platform.
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.

Full Stack Engineering

• Work with Docker / Kubernetes to containerize and orchestrate services in production.

Code Quality & Collaboration

• Write clean, readable, and well-documented code; perform and champion peer code reviews.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other engineers.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of hands-on full-stack development (front-end + back-end) in SaaS or web-based products.
• Strong proficiency in Programming Languages Python, PHP.
• Containerization & Deployment : Proficiency with Docker, Docker-compose, Kubernetes, microservices architecture.
• Database Experience : MySQL and MongoDB; comfort with designing scalable data models.
• Testing Mindset : Experience implementing robust unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Strong Communication : Comfortable leading technical discussions, presenting architecture ideas, and mentoring junior team members.
• Bonus : Exposure to AI / ML pipelines or MLOps, advanced data analytics, or prior experience integrating ML models into production applications.
