The Role

We’re searching for a Software Engineer with a strong background to guide our engineering team and own the technical direction of our platform. You will collaborate with product, design, and executive stakeholders to architect and build high-performance, scalable solutions—maintaining our existing platform while spearheading the development of a next-gen AI-powered product.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Evolution

1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient software solutions.
2. Maintain and optimize the current platform while developing a next-gen AI/ML platform.
3. Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.

Full Stack Engineering

1. Work with Docker/Kubernetes to containerize and orchestrate services in production.

Code Quality & Collaboration

1. Write clean, readable, and well-documented code; perform and champion peer code reviews.
2. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other engineers.

What You’ll Bring

1. 5+ years of hands-on full-stack development (front-end + back-end) in SaaS or web-based products.
2. Strong proficiency in Programming Languages Python, PHP.
3. Containerization & Deployment: Proficiency with Docker, Docker-compose, Kubernetes, microservices architecture.
4. Database Experience: MySQL and MongoDB; comfort with designing scalable data models.
5. Testing Mindset: Experience implementing robust unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
6. Strong Communication: Comfortable leading technical discussions, presenting architecture ideas, and mentoring junior team members.
7. Bonus: Exposure to AI/ML pipelines or MLOps, advanced data analytics, or prior experience integrating ML models into production applications.
