Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to build, deploy, and document the applications and services necessary to run our SaaS platform in an AWS Govcloud region.
Continually ensure our processes and results comply with the FedRAMP Moderate level of controls.
Update existing applications, services, and tools to comply with FedRAMP requirements for FIPS encryption, change control processes, and audit requirements.
Develop new tools and processes as needed to support FedRAMP requirements for security and auditability.
Engineer resilient systems that support x uptime at an availability level.
Build and test disaster recovery mechanisms for systems and data.

What we’re looking for:
This position requires the ability to access federal environments and/or have access to protected federal data. As a condition of employment for this position, the successful candidate must be able to submit documentation establishing Person status (a Citizen, National, Lawful Permanent Resident, Refugee, or Asylee, CFR located in continental US).
Years of software development experience, at least some of which are in a moderate-to-large-scale environment (> hosts, petabytes of data).
Proficient with Ruby on Rails, Typescript, and React.
Familiar with Kubernetes and Helm.
Experience with AWS cloud environments and Terraform is a plus.
Familiarity with cloud observability, logging, and telemetry.
