About the Role :

As a software engineer on the Trust Experience Platform, you will develop full-stack components and APIs that support identity verification, fraud prevention, and authentication systems.

You will become a product expert and have the opportunity to influence key decisions that shape the charters you work in. You will build features that hundreds of thousands of customers interact with every day. Your work will have a direct impact on our customers and business. You will report to the Senior Engineering Manager in Vancouver.

You Will :

• Build durable domain knowledge beneficial for your career.
• Design and implement solutions to complex problems across multiple domains.
• Partner autonomously with program and product leaders.
• Own a significant scope within a fundamental domain.
• Learn what it takes to build new systems from scratch.
• Lead technical discussions, mentor junior engineers, and promote best practices in coding, testing, and system design.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges to improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Contribute to the evolution of the Trust Platform.

You Have :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of software development experience.

The starting base salary range for this position is $148,000-$180,000. In Canada, Remitly employees are shareholders, and equity is part of the total compensation plan. Your recruiter can share more about medical benefits, financial benefits, and other components of the total compensation package.
