As a Senior Software Developer specializing in OnBase, you will oversee the full software development lifecycle for enterprise content management and decision automation solutions. You will lead a hybrid team across onshore and offshore locations, ensuring high-quality delivery, architectural integrity, and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Delivery

•Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable solutions using OnBase

•Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architecture.

•Ensure integration with enterprise systems and data sources.

Quality & Standards

•Enforce coding, usability, and quality standards across teams.

•Collaborate with QA to implement automated testing and continuous integration pipelines.

•Conduct code reviews and mentor developers on best practices.

Technical Leadership

•Provide technical direction and mentorship to developers across geographies.

•Manage technical debt and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

•Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.

Stakeholder Collaboration

•Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Architects to define technical requirements.

•Coordinate with Governance, Security, and Compliance teams to ensure regulatory alignment.

•Act as a liaison between onshore leadership and offshore delivery teams.

Required Qualifications:
