6+ years of software engineering experience building and integrating production systems.
3+ years of hands‑on experience with Braze or a comparable customer engagement platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, Airship, Adobe Campaign).
Experience in iGaming, sports betting, casino, or other regulated industries is preferred.
Backend development and integration experience with APIs, webhooks, event-driven architecture, and cloud infrastructure, ideally AWS.
Backend development skills in Node.js, C# (.NET Core/6+), Python, or Java.
Proven ability to lead platform implementations, migrations, and integrations from design through production support.
Experience partnering with CRM, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams as a technical owner.
Excellent understanding of security, privacy, PII, consent, and compliance in high-volume consumer environments.
Familiarity with AI-driven personalisation and engagement is an asset.
