As a

As a Senior SDET at Moneris, you will lead the development of testing tools, quality gates, and reporting systems to enhance software quality across teams. You will integrate automation frameworks into CI / CD pipelines, improve test toolchains, and lead quality engineering initiatives.

Location : You will be based in our Toronto office and will work in a hybrid model.

Reporting Relationship : You will report to the Senior Manager, Quality Assurance

Your Moneris Career - What You'll Do

• Design and implement advanced test automation frameworks.
• Be a subject matter expert, driving adoption of testing tools and best practices.
• Develop and optimize automated quality gates within CI / CD pipelines.
• Create strategies and reporting mechanisms to track main quality metrics.
• Implement scalable performance testing solutions.
• Partner with development teams to integrate automated testing.
• Improve testing methodologies and automation frameworks.
• Provide technical mentorship to other SDETs.
• Lead the selection, maintenance, and scaling of test infrastructure.
• Lead efforts in defect prevention, risk assessment, and test strategy optimization.

Your Moneris Career - What You Bring

• 5+ years as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) or similar role.
• 5+ years of experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions for automated testing.
• 3+ years of experience with JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
• Proficient in Playwright, JUnit, Cypress, Karate, and Rest Assured.
• Guide innovation in test automation and reporting frameworks.
• Experience influencing and collaborating across teams.
• Experience communicating updates and resolutions to customers and other partners technical insights to diverse audiences.
• Experience building scalable and efficient testing solutions.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and development.
