The client is looking for a Senior Software Developer – ETL to lead data integration initiatives across enterprise platforms, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure data services.

Job Title:Senior Software Developer – ETL

Job Location: Toronto, ON/Hybrid

Job Description:

Must Haves:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise-level ETL development

• Proven experience integrating with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement and/or Finance & Operations)

• Strong proficiency in Azure Data Factory (ADF): building pipelines, datasets, data flows

• Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and writing complex SQL queries

• Familiarity with Azure Synapse, Data Lake, and data warehousing concepts

• Understanding of D365 data models, APIs, OData feeds, and integration tools (e.g., DMF, KingswaySoft)

Responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing scalable ETL pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and loading

• Integrating with on-premise and cloud platforms using ADF, SSIS, and SQL

• Supporting D365 data extraction and loading for both CRM and ERP modules

• Ensuring data quality through cleansing, validation, and reconciliation techniques

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and following best practices for version control and CI/CD
