Assignment Deliverables:

1. Participate in the application design, development, unit/system testing and deployment of the OSOR using Microsoft development platform and tools.
2. Participate in project design and application JAD sessions/walkthroughs.
3. Development of required Software Architecture Documentation for the project.
4. Produce Use Cases, Class diagrams, component diagrams, state diagrams, etc.
5. Create code modules, as well as other necessary system scripts and .Net modules.
6. Develop documentation for testing, implementation, defect tracking as per Government standards.
7. Participate in, document and configure output from application design sessions.
8. Participate in the Unit/System/Integration Testing.

Must-Have:

1. ASP.Net VB and C#.

4. Entity Framework and/or Enterprise Library.
5. Preferably previous experience with OSOR or policing applications.

3. Demonstrated experience developing with JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery, and XML/XLST with Java applications, troubleshooting incidents/defects, with coding and implementing SQL procedures, scripts, and Object definitions for Oracle, with dotConnect data provider for Oracle, with developing detailed programming specifications, user interface designs, prototypes, writing and generating code, in GUI design.

Dot NET Knowledge - 40 Points:

1. Demonstrated 10+ years’ experience with .NET.
2. Experience in building applications using MS .NET elements such as Windows Communication Foundation, Windows Presentation Framework, MS Sync Framework.
