We're after a Senior Full Stack AI Developer who can take an idea from sketch to scale. You’ll lead the design and optimization of LLM- and VLM-based features, guide agentic and structured reasoning patterns, and make things run both in the cloud and on-prem. You should be confident architecting production-grade systems, mentoring devs, and solving problems with small models that don’t “just work” out of the box.

What the job is all about

• Architect and implement full-stack AI solutions with Python, Node.js, Golang, SQL
• Lead integration and optimization of LLMs, VLMs, and RAG pipelines
• Design and implement content classification pipelines for video, audio, text, and internet data
• Explore and deploy agent-based AI systems (e.g. Reflexion, CrewAI, Debate, ReACT, etc.)
• Apply tuning strategies (QLoRA, DPO, SFT, etc.) and structured output methods
• Deploy models with vLLM, DeepSpeed, TGI, and container orchestration platforms
• Understand and extend systems using Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Design and consume REST and gRPC APIs for cross-system AI integration
• Use MLflow, W&B, or custom tooling for evaluation and model tracking

Who you are

• 5+ years in software/ML engineering, ideally with production AI experience
• Strong in Python, Node.js, and Go—with full-stack fluency
• Deep understanding of open-weight LLMs, agentic design, and inference optimization
• Build and support cloud-native (AWS) and on-premise AI workflows with orchestration and failover mechanisms.
• Familiarity with eval methods (e.g. LLM-as-a-judge), synthetic data creation (e.g. persona injection), and agentic workflows (e.g. Chain of Thought, Reflexion, Debate, Take a Step Back, Quality-Diversity, Role Assignment, etc.)
• Experience deploying AI features that actually scale and hold up under load
• Familiarity with RAG workflows, fine-tuning, and prompt tuning methods
• Conceptual understanding of MCP and its role in intelligent context control
• Solid grasp of API design and integration using REST and gRPC
