Job description

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer, reporting to the Systems and Technology Manager, to assist us in designing solutions for manufacturing operations. In this role, you will have a major impact on large-scale projects involving multiple vehicle assembly plants.

You'll Have The Opportunity To

• Develop and deploy software solutions to meet manufacturing needs.
• Participate in architectural decisions and technological orientations.
• Define technical specifications for solutions.
• Support manufacturing operations and participate in continuous improvement.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

• A bachelor's degree in computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, or another relevant degree.
• 7 or more years of experience in object-oriented programming (Java, .NET, C#).
• Experience working in Agile and Devops environments.
• Functional bilingualism in French and English. Knowledge of English is a must, as the candidate will be interacting on a weekly basis with internal and external international stakeholders.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting would be an asset.
• Interest in team management would be an asset.
