Help us automate our datacenters in NetSuite Cloud Operations!

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

• B.S. or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and service mesh for automating deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications.
• Experience with GitOps (using tools like ArgoCD or Flux).
• Experience provisioning, deploying, and managing complex application deployments in IaaS environments (e.g., Amazon EC2, Microsoft Azure, Oracle Cloud).
• Experience designing, architecting, and building scalable multi-tier systems.
• Experience designing, building, and deploying distributed microservice architectures.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical details clearly to diverse audiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills to analyze, diagnose, and resolve issues in complex, distributed systems.
• Experience with cloud systems written in Java, Python, or similar languages.
• Experience with CI/CD frameworks and strategies, such as TeamCity, and knowledge of CI DSL is a plus.
• Ability to analyze complex problems across the stack, including OS, Network, JVM, Application, Storage.
• Passion for high-quality code and enthusiasm for new technologies applicable to large-scale cloud systems.

CA: Hiring Range in CAD from $66,800 to $145,900 per annum.

Responsibilities

This role offers the opportunity to significantly impact the Cloud Operations framework for Oracle NetSuite. You will help design, develop, and promote the adoption of the NetSuite Kubernetes solution, shaping the future of application deployment for NetSuite. Your work will involve applying DevOps best practices, designing, and engineering systems that enable rapid, reliable, and repeatable delivery of our applications to a growing customer base.

Job duties include:

• Translating feature specifications into technical design documents and implementing these designs.
• Building the core framework and platform for NetSuite applications.
• Understanding distributed architectures and working with services across multiple data centers in different regions and time zones.
• Developing tooling to support various product teams in achieving their goals and delivering features.
